Small updates
Choose this for a refresh around the room you have: a new wall color, softer lighting or different decor. It asks the AI to keep the existing layout and furniture unless you request a change.
Interior Remodel
Use AI interior design to preview new colors, furniture and finishes in your room photo. Compare ideas before choosing what to buy or discussing your remodel.

Illustrative photo and concept pair. Use it to see the kind of visual direction you can explore.
AI interior design uses your room photo, selected style and written requests to create a visual remodel concept. Use it to compare a wall color, a furnishing direction or a combination of finishes. The output is an image to help you choose a direction; confirm dimensions and construction details separately.
Start with the choices under Amount of change. Choose based on what you want to keep, then name those items in your request.

Choose this when you want to explore a broader furniture and finish makeover. It allows more changes to furnishings, materials and decor while still asking the AI to keep the room's architectural frame.
Use the screenshots to find each control, then follow these five steps.
Step 01
Click Upload or drag in a clear, well-lit room photo. Use JPG, JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10MB.

Step 02
Under Amount of change, choose Small updates to refresh finishes and decor, or Larger changes for a broader furniture and material makeover.

Step 03
Select your room type and style. Elements and palette are optional: leave elements unselected and palette on Auto if you have no preference.

Step 04
In Looking for any specific?, say what to keep and change. Check the current credit cost, then click Generate. Sign in if prompted.

Step 05
Check doors, windows and must-keep furniture against your original photo. Try another version with the same photo and one change to your settings or request.

Writing your request: What to keep + what to change + the feeling you want
Keep the sofa, windows and wood floor. Change the walls to warm white, add a textured rug and soften the lighting. Aim for a calm, welcoming living room.
Use these concepts to make buying decisions or give clients a visual starting point for a remodel proposal.
Illustrative design concepts.

Preview walls, rugs and lighting around your existing sofa before deciding which updates are worth buying.

Give a potential client a bedroom concept to discuss, so your design proposal starts with a shared visual direction.

Compare cabinet and worktop finishes with a kitchen designer before requesting a quote for the changes you want.

Show clients how black accents could look in a bathroom before they decide which updates to include.
Choose the details you want to keep, then confirm measurements and materials before taking your idea further.
Pick the details you like, such as the wall color, cabinet finish or lighting mood. Write a short list of what you want to keep from the concept and what you want to revise.
Measure furniture and clearances, request material samples and look at them in the room's light. A concept does not confirm dimensions, product availability or installation feasibility.
Share your room photo, preferred concept, budget and must-keep list with your household, designer or contractor. Ask them to confirm the practical details before ordering materials or starting work.

Use a clear, well-lit photo that shows the main walls, floor and furniture. JPG, JPEG, PNG and WebP files up to 10MB are supported. If a feature is hidden in the photo, the concept cannot reliably tell you how it should look.
Choose Small updates and name each must-keep item in your request. Both amounts of change ask the AI to retain the architectural frame, but that does not guarantee every detail will stay unchanged. Compare the result with your source and revise the request if an important item moves or disappears.
AI interior design creates visual concepts from photos. Use home design software that supports measured plans, or work with a qualified professional, for dimensions, permits and construction details. The image alone cannot establish whether a structural or plumbing change is feasible.
Yes. Upload the clearest view you can and name the space constraints in your request, such as keeping a walkway open or using compact storage. For mini homes, measure furniture, door swings and clearances separately; the image does not prove that an arrangement fits.
Use Interior Remodel for AI living room design or AI bedroom design from a photo. For furniture arrangement, try AI Room Planner, a room layout planning tool. Use Paint Color Visualizer for paint comparisons, or the dedicated kitchen design tool for kitchen concepts.
Choose a clear photo, decide what should stay and describe the first change you want to see. Revise your request after checking the concept against your photo.
