Terms for using AIDesignHouse

By accessing or using AIDesignHouse, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

AIDesignHouse provides AI-assisted home design tools, including image-based room transformation, text-to-design generation, furniture replacement, object removal, floor plan creation, exterior and garden concepts, project history, and design sharing.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features, models, pricing, and usage limits at any time as the product evolves.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may require identity verification or additional authentication steps to access certain features, including billing, history, and generation tools.

When you use AIDesignHouse in compliance with these terms, you may use the generated designs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any restrictions described on the pricing or product pages.

Because AI systems can produce similar results for different users, we cannot guarantee that any output is unique or exclusive. Generated designs may not be accurate representations of real-world spaces, materials, or structural feasibility.

AIDesignHouse is a creative visualization tool. Outputs are conceptual ideas intended to inspire and assist with planning — they are not architectural drawings, engineering specifications, structural assessments, code compliance reviews, or professional design services.

Before making any physical changes to a property, consult qualified architects, engineers, contractors, and other relevant professionals. Always verify local building codes, permits, safety requirements, and structural feasibility.

AIDesignHouse is a home design platform. The service is designed exclusively for interior and exterior design use cases.

You may not use AIDesignHouse to upload, submit, or generate sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful content. Content filters are active at all times and cannot be bypassed or circumvented.

Attempts to manipulate the service into producing prohibited content — including through adversarial prompts, masks, or reference images — will result in immediate account suspension. Credits used in such attempts are non-refundable.

If you encounter content that appears to violate this policy due to a system error, please report it to support@aidesignhouse.io.

You agree not to use AIDesignHouse to:

• Upload or generate illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
• Violate any person's privacy, intellectual property rights, or contractual obligations.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Present AI-generated outputs as certified construction documents, professional approvals, or guaranteed real-world representations.
• Resell or sublicense access to AIDesignHouse as part of a competing product without our written consent.

AIDesignHouse offers free and paid plans, credit packages, and subscription tiers. Details about available plans, pricing, and included features are shown in the service and at checkout.

• Credits are consumed when you submit generation requests. Credits used on requests that fail due to invalid inputs, content policy violations, or technical errors may not be refunded unless stated otherwise.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel through the billing settings or by contacting support.
• Payment processing, including checkout, tax calculation, and fraud prevention, is handled by our payment providers under their own terms.
• Refund eligibility is governed by the policy displayed at checkout or on the pricing page, or as confirmed by our support team for your specific purchase.

AIDesignHouse, including its website, software, AI integrations, design workflows, branding, interfaces, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the platform to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to AIDesignHouse if we determine that you have violated these terms, abused credits or payments, infringed third-party rights, or used the service in a way that creates risk for other users or the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.

AIDesignHouse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDesignHouse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or damages arising from property or construction decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

We may update these terms as the service, applicable law, or our business evolves. Continued use of AIDesignHouse after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
