Terms for using AIDesignHouse

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, buying credits, checking the agreement box at checkout, or otherwise accessing or using AIDesignHouse, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any refund or content rules shown in the service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use AIDesignHouse. If your location requires a higher age to enter into online service terms, you may use the service only if you meet that higher age requirement.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

AIDesignHouse provides AI-assisted home design tools, including image-based room transformation, text-to-design generation, furniture replacement, object removal, floor plan creation, exterior and garden concepts, project history, and design sharing. The service is a digital software-as-a-service product delivered over the internet.

Access to paid digital features, subscriptions, and credit packages is granted immediately after confirmed payment. Because the service is delivered digitally and may be consumed immediately, refund limits apply as described in these terms, checkout, and our Refund Policy.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features, models, pricing, and usage limits at any time as the product evolves.

You are responsible for creating an account with accurate information, maintaining the security of your account, keeping your billing email up to date, and all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@aidesignhouse.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not share your login credentials, payment access, or account with any third party unless you are responsible for that person's use of the service.

We may require identity verification or additional authentication steps to access certain features, including billing, history, and generation tools.

When you use AIDesignHouse in compliance with these terms, you may use the generated designs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any restrictions described on the pricing or product pages.

Because AI systems can produce similar results for different users, we cannot guarantee that any output is unique or exclusive. Generated designs may not be accurate representations of real-world spaces, materials, dimensions, costs, code compliance, or structural feasibility.

AIDesignHouse uses third-party AI model, moderation, storage, and infrastructure providers. Output quality and availability may depend on those providers. We do not use your private uploaded images or prompts to train AI models without your explicit consent.

AIDesignHouse is a creative visualization tool. Outputs are conceptual ideas intended to inspire and assist with planning — they are not architectural drawings, engineering specifications, structural assessments, code compliance reviews, or professional design services.

Before making any physical changes to a property, consult qualified architects, engineers, contractors, and other relevant professionals. Always verify local building codes, permits, safety requirements, and structural feasibility.

AIDesignHouse is a home design platform. The service is designed for interior, exterior, garden, floor-plan, furniture, cleanup, enhancement, and related property-visualization use cases. It is not a general-purpose adult, political, deception, impersonation, or harmful-content generator.

We may run automated and manual moderation on prompts, uploaded images, masks, reference images, generated outputs, account behavior, and usage patterns. We may block requests, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or report illegal material where appropriate.

Zero-tolerance prohibited content includes child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors; terrorism, extremism, or mass-violence promotion; instructions for weapons of mass destruction; content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred; non-consensual sexual deepfakes; and other content that is illegal in applicable jurisdictions.

You may not use AIDesignHouse to upload, submit, generate, publish, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, deceptive, fraudulent, infringing, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful content. You may not impersonate real individuals, brands, or organizations; spread misinformation; create deceptive commercial spam; bypass safety systems; or use jailbreak prompts, adversarial masks, or reference images to evade moderation.

If you encounter content that appears to violate this policy due to a system error, or if you believe your rights have been infringed, report it to support@aidesignhouse.io. We aim to acknowledge safety or rights reports within 5 business days, prioritize urgent illegal-content reports, and provide an appeal path for enforcement decisions where appropriate.

You agree not to use AIDesignHouse to:

• Upload or generate illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
• Violate any person's privacy, intellectual property rights, or contractual obligations.
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate deepfake content that impersonates real individuals or deceives viewers about origin, authorization, or authenticity.
• Generate content that sexualizes minors, exploits children, promotes terrorism, incites violence, or facilitates illegal activity.
• Produce malware, phishing content, cyberattack tools, credential-harvesting content, or instructions for evading security systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Use service inputs, outputs, model responses, or derivatives to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or develop an AI or machine-learning model that competes with AIDesignHouse without our written permission.
• Systematically harvest outputs, automate abusive requests, bypass rate limits, or resell model access as a competing or substantially similar service.
• Present AI-generated outputs as certified construction documents, professional approvals, or guaranteed real-world representations.
• Resell or sublicense access to AIDesignHouse as part of a competing product without our written consent.

AIDesignHouse offers free access, paid subscription plans, and one-time credit packages. Subscription plans provide a recurring monthly credit allocation for AI design, editing, export, and related paid features. One-time credit packages let you buy additional credits separately without starting a subscription.

Current plan details, pricing, included credits, feature limits, billing interval, taxes, discounts, renewal terms, and total amount due are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. If there is a conflict between this summary and the specific checkout terms for a purchase, the checkout terms control for that purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account or billing settings where available, through the payment provider portal where available, or by contacting support@aidesignhouse.io from your registered account email. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals and usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless checkout or support confirms otherwise.

Credits purchased separately are not canceled solely because a subscription ends. Separately purchased one-time credits remain subject to their own purchase terms, refund rules, abuse and fraud controls, and applicable law.

Credits are consumed when you submit generation, editing, export, or other credit-based requests. Different tools, models, or quality levels may require different credit amounts as shown in the service.

Subscription credits are allocated for the applicable monthly allocation period and do not roll over. Monthly subscription credits reset each monthly billing period. Yearly subscriptions release the stated monthly credit amount each month during the annual term rather than delivering all annual credits at once.

Separately purchased one-time credits are maintained as a separate credit balance and remain available independently of subscription status unless they are used, refunded, revoked for abuse or fraud, or otherwise limited by law or specific checkout terms.

When both subscription credits and separately purchased credits are available, subscription credits are consumed first. Separately purchased credits are consumed only after available subscription credits are exhausted.

If a subscription ends, is canceled, expires, or is terminated, remaining subscription credits may be revoked at the end of the current billing period or when access ends. Separately purchased one-time credits are not canceled solely because a subscription ends.

AIDesignHouse, including its website, software, AI integrations, design workflows, branding, interfaces, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the platform to you.

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to AIDesignHouse if we determine that you have violated these terms, abused credits or payments, submitted chargeback or fraud patterns, infringed third-party rights, bypassed safety systems, or used the service in a way that creates risk for users, third parties, payment processors, AI providers, or the platform.

You may stop using the service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support@aidesignhouse.io. Some billing, security, dispute, and legal records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

AIDesignHouse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, non-compliant with local codes, or unsuitable for construction or purchasing decisions. Always verify AI-generated content with qualified architects, engineers, contractors, designers, or other professionals before acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDesignHouse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, data loss, or damages arising from property, renovation, construction, purchase, or professional decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AIDesignHouse for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Before starting any formal claim, you agree to contact support@aidesignhouse.io and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Include enough detail for us to understand the claim, relevant account email, transaction references if applicable, and your requested resolution.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights or mandatory dispute-resolution rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the service, applicable law, payment rules, AI provider requirements, or our business evolves. For material changes, we will provide notice by email, in-product notice, or another reasonable method at least 14 days before the changes take effect where reasonably possible. Continued use of AIDesignHouse after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
