We use your information to provide and operate AIDesignHouse, including processing design requests, managing accounts, authenticating users, delivering project history, handling billing, issuing receipts, processing refunds, and responding to support inquiries. Where applicable, this processing is necessary to perform our contract with you.

We use usage, diagnostic, and security data to protect the service, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce content policies, debug errors, and improve product reliability. Where applicable, this is based on our legitimate interests and legal obligations.

We send transactional communications such as account verification, security notices, subscription updates, payment receipts, refund notices, and policy updates. Marketing communications, if used, are sent only where we have consent or another lawful basis, and you can opt out without affecting essential service notices.

To generate design results, your uploaded images, prompts, masks, and reference images may be sent to AI model providers, moderation providers, storage providers, and cloud infrastructure services. These providers process your content to deliver, secure, and improve the service on our behalf, subject to confidentiality and data-processing obligations.

We do not use your private uploaded images or prompts to train AI models without your explicit consent. We may use aggregated or de-identified usage information to understand product performance and improve service quality.

Please do not upload images containing sensitive personal information, confidential documents, biometric identifiers, financial records, medical records, or content you do not have the right to use.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform, including with cloud hosting, storage, AI generation, content moderation, payment processing, email delivery, customer support, analytics, and fraud-prevention providers.

Payment card data is processed by our PCI-DSS payment processor, including Waffo Pancake where available, and is not stored on our servers. Payment processors may process transaction, tax, checkout, fraud-prevention, and refund information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or lawful regulatory request; to protect our users, rights, property, and platform security; with your consent; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to continued privacy protections.

We implement security measures designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, secure cloud infrastructure, access controls based on least privilege, authentication safeguards, logging, monitoring, and separation between payment credentials and our application systems.

If we discover a security incident that affects your rights and requires notice, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within the time required by applicable law, using 72 hours as our target where legally required and operationally feasible.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, keeping account credentials confidential, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, protect authentication, prevent fraud, remember language and product preferences, and make core features work. These cookies are required for services such as sign-in, checkout, and design history.

We may also use functional and analytics technologies to understand feature usage, diagnose performance issues, and improve the service. Where required, non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are used only with consent. You can manage cookies through your browser or the cookie controls we provide, though disabling essential cookies may affect core features.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for up to 90 days after account deletion or cancellation unless a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

We retain billing, transaction, refund, tax, and accounting records for the period required by applicable law, typically up to 7 years. Support records are generally retained for up to 3 years. Security logs and technical logs are generally retained for up to 24 months unless needed to investigate abuse, fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Design history and generated results remain available while your account is active unless you delete them or request deletion. Some backups and archival copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten or securely deleted.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to be informed about processing, access your personal information, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of your data, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and opt out of certain marketing or sale/share activities.

To submit a privacy request, contact us at support@aidesignhouse.io. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days unless applicable law allows or requires a different timeframe.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or other applicable regulator.

AIDesignHouse, our infrastructure providers, AI providers, payment processors, and support vendors may process information in countries other than where you live, including the United States and other regions where our vendors operate.

When personal information is transferred internationally, we use safeguards appropriate to the transfer, such as data processing agreements, contractual protections, Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, and transfers to providers that maintain appropriate security and privacy controls.

The service may include links to, integrations with, or checkout flows operated by third-party services. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect and process. Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy notices, and we encourage you to review them before using those services.

AIDesignHouse is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will promptly review and delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and provide notice through the service, email, or another reasonable method at least 15 days before the material change takes effect where required by law.
