Place up to three markers and specify what to replace or remove at each point. Point Edit targets individual objects without a fixed boundary box. Take a quick look at adjacent walls, doorways, and text after generating to make sure surrounding geometry stayed intact.

Labels: add, remove, or translate annotations

Update room names, dimensions, or measurement units across the whole plan.

Style: change the drawing's visual presentation

Switch to a new top-down look, such as Technical linework, Colored 2D, or Watercolor.

Upload any floor plan in PNG, JPG, or WEBP format up to 10MB, start from a sample template, or open a saved plan from your AIDesignHouse workspace. Clear lines and readable labels make comparing revisions much easier.

For focused changes, choose Brush to highlight a specific room or zone, then pick Modify or Remove. Describe clearly what should change and what should stay the same. If you only need to swap individual items, use Point Edit to drop markers directly on the targets. For drawing-wide refreshes, head to Labels or Style.

Presenting to clients or collaborators requires clarity. In Labels, choose which details to display: toggle room names, dimensions, north arrows, circulation arrows, door swings, or furniture symbols. You can also request label translations and convert known measurements to another unit.

A note on dimensions

Note on dimensions: Unit conversions work directly from the numbers already labeled on your drawing—AI cannot calculate real-world dimensions from an unscaled raster image.
