Yes. AIDesignHouse processes payments through Creem, a professional third-party payment platform. Your payment details are handled by Creem, and we do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

It depends on your plan type. Subscription credits (monthly or yearly) reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over. One-time credit packs never expire — they stay in your account until you use them.

Each Base generation or edit costs 1 credit. Each Pro generation or edit costs 4 credits.
